Target Group: Route users with special needs, e.g. baby carriage users
Problem Statement:
– People sometimes find it hard to reach the destinations quickly and conveniently
– Stairs of the bridges make it difficult for users including those with baby carriage and wheelchair users
Solution: Install an electronic touch screen on the bridge to let users get the shortest route
