Problem Statement:
Working parents in Hong Kong face significant challenges in finding safe and convenient childcare. Many are hesitant to arrange childcare due to safety concerns, while leaving their children alone affects their focus at work.
Solution:
Develop a community care matching platform to facilitates the integration and certification of various institutions offering home care services. Users can select services based on location, time, and price. The platform includes background checks, real-time availability, parent evaluations, and built-in emergency contact and payment systems to ensure convenience and security.
